These terms govern purchases on OuiCart, operated by Aquatique Biz (CIN , GSTIN 34APPPP1457G1ZO). By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the delivery address is in India.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST. The MRP shown is the maximum retail price printed on the product; our selling price never exceeds it. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors or stock shortages and will refund any amount paid.

Title and risk pass to you on delivery. Warranty claims are handled by the brand or its authorised service centre as stated on the product page.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
